Digital Marketing Team Lead - Mentor Merlin

The Digital Marketing Team Lead will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies.

  • Lead and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels
  • Requires 2–3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
  • Skills in SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and PPC
  • Ability to create engaging digital content and collaborate effectively with the team
  • Identify and evaluate new digital marketing channels and technologies to expand reach

OET Tutor - Mentor Merlin

The OET Tutor will be responsible for training students in the OET syllabus and preparing them for the exam.

  • Train students across all modules of the OET syllabus
  • Conduct practice sessions and clarify student doubts and queries
  • Provide an overview of the OET exam to help students prepare effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field preferred
  • Experience with OET tutoring and strong English communication skills preferred
     

Exam Coordinator - Mentor Merlin

The Exam Coordinator will be responsible for managing OSCE resit exam bookings and supporting candidates throughout their exam preparation process.

  • Manage OSCE resit exam bookings, scheduling, and confirmations for candidates
  • Coordinate with OSCE and internal teams to ensure smooth operational support
  • Communicate regularly with assigned candidates and guide them through the OSCE process
  • Monitor candidate progress and conduct timely follow-ups during the exam journey
  • Maintain accurate documentation of candidate communications and records

Documentation Officer - Mentor Merlin

The Documentation Officer will be responsible for managing and supporting international nursing candidates through the UK NMC registration process.

  • Oversee and manage the complete UK NMC registration process for candidates
  • Guide candidates through evaluation, registration, NMC account creation, and document uploads
  • Assist candidates with booking IELTS, OET, and CBT exams when required
  • Verify candidate documents for accuracy and compliance with NMC and employer standards
  • Maintain candidate records and progress using Google Sheets and HubSpot CRM while providing regular updates to candidates

Sales Executive - Mentor Merlin

The sales executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities.
