Monthly incentive 10K + 100K to 120K upon completion of the program 7.5K/month worth of free accommodation + Free Transportation to work

Guided modules to help students explore various career paths, understand real-world challenges, and identify their strengths and interests.

Students work 40 hours per week in flexible, real-world roles such as:
- Online customer service
- Social service projects
- Entry-level admin or digital support roles
🧬 Life Exploration Tasks:
Weekly tasks designed to build self-awareness, emotional intelligence, time management, and basic life skills—forming a strong foundation for adulthood.

🏠 Comfortable Residential Stay:
All participants stay in clean, safe, and supportive accommodations designed to promote independence and collaboration.
🎯 Optional Job Placement:
After successful completion of the program, students may opt for placement assistance, with access to higher-paying roles or early career opportunities.
